On January 14th, some representatives of the Tangma Group of the 12th session of the 6th People's Congress of Yutai County, under the leadership of Chairman Shi Peirong, visited Jining Kanghua Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct a discussion and investigation, and observed the company's technological innovation and industrial development situation in person. The company's representative, executive director and general manager Chen Duanting accompanied the investigation throughout.

At the company's product exhibition hall, the representatives focused on observing a number of core innovative technologies and equipment. Among them, the laser permanent magnet steel wire flaw detection device, with its technical advantages of filling the gap between domestic and international standards, has achieved simultaneous and precise detection of LF broken wires and LMA wear (diameter reduction). It strictly complies with the 2026 "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" articles 417-419 regarding the replacement standards for main and auxiliary shaft hoisting steel wire ropes, passenger aerial steel wire ropes, broken wire percentage and 5-6% wear of the ropes, and has built a technical defense line for mine safety production.

The representatives also had a detailed understanding of the flaw detection imaging technology for aramid belts and steel wire rope core conveyor belts based on the terahertz principle. This technology enables simultaneous detection of internal and external damages of the conveyor belts through non-ionizing radiation. Compared to traditional X-ray technology, it is safer and more efficient, and can accurately identify potential hazards such as internal fractures, cavities, and rust.

At the same time, we also observed the aircraft inspection robot. It can precisely detect problems such as loose screws on the aircraft shell, material defects, cracked glass window frames, and worn-out wheels. This demonstrates the company's technological expansion in non-destructive testing in multiple fields.

During the research and discussion session, President Shi Peirong highly affirmed the achievements made by Jining Kanghua Mechanical and Electrical in terms of technological innovation.
