【Strong Magnetic Detection Technology 】
Through the study of the number and position of unique probe collection components and collection methods, better extraction of magnetic signals generated by broken wires and stretching, effective shielding of interference signals, and obtaining more accurate and complete information on flat steel wire ropes.
【Laser Detection Technology】
By utilizing the good directionality and monochromaticity of laser, it can effectively avoid the low measurement accuracy caused by scattering, reflection and other factors of ordinary light sources; Due to the use of non-contact measurement, the measurement process is simple and feasible, and real-time online measurement can be carried out, improving detection efficiency.
The two methods are complementary and each has its own advantages:

(1) Strong magnetic testing detects flat steel wire rope LF (broken wire) through changes in magnetic signals. Due to the lack of manual intervention, it saves labor and has high efficiency. Moreover, it can not only detect broken wires on the surface of the steel wire rope, but also reflect changes in the internal magnetic signal of the rope, obtaining data on internal broken wires.
(2) Laser detection achieves the conversion of the expansion and contraction of the flat steel wire rope from optical signals to electrical signals by blocking the laser beam with the flat steel wire rope. The obtained analog signal is first amplified by a preamplifier circuit, and then converted into an analog-to-digital signal through a signal processing circuit. The converted digital signal is sent to a computer for processing by a program, thereby obtaining the stretching value of the steel wire rope. The detection position points can be adjusted through a program to obtain the stretching data of different position points, and can be displayed in a visual form of curve changes on the display. The obtained data can be analyzed by software and an analysis report will be provided, and an automatic alarm will be triggered if necessary.
(3) The combination of the two methods can not only save the workload of manual inspection, but also avoid the interference caused by human factors, making it a very ideal detection method at present.
